* Spring and Autumn recommended occupancy is 12 as the dining room table seats 12, whereas the outside tables under the loggia and in the courtyard both seat 15. The pool is closed in this period.

The property was restored in 1975 by architect Bruno Sacchi as his family home and Studio.
