We are on the outskirts of the tiny village of Osteria Nuova (one food shop, small but good, one restaurant/pizzeria, brilliant, both 5 mins on foot ) and we are 2 kms from Antella which has a variety of food shops including a small supermarket. On Thursday there is a market.
(NB Food shops are shut on Sundays. )

Very good food, reasonably priced. Pizza is available Friday - Sunday. We recommend this as your fist meal on arrival.
Antella - Local village
This hidden gem is not on the tourist trail. Antella is an authentic, working tuscan village with everything one may require. You need not go further than the village for all your shopping needs if you don’t want to.
There is even a vinyl record shop!
Market day is on Thursdays.
