Torre di Sopra comfortably hosts 12 guests (8 in four double rooms, 4 in single rooms), with up to 3 additional beds available for flexible sleeping — maximum 15 guests.
Surrounded by a garden designed so there is always something in season, a salt-water pool, and panoramic views across Tuscany, the villa is made for both rest and inspiration.
Inside, you’ll find instruments, art supplies, and books — traces of the house’s creative spirit — ready to be enjoyed by guests of every generation.

Seasonal notes: the pool is open April–October. In spring and autumn, the dining room seats 14; the loggia and courtyard tables seat 15.

Each stay at Torre di Sopra includes:

City tourist tax (€1.50 per person per night, up to 7 nights)

Minimum Stays & Seasonal Notes
Rental period: Saturday – Saturday (weekly stays)
Children: The Torre tower is not suitable for children under six, but the courtyard wing is ideal for families.
Check-in: From 4 PM — we’ll do our best to have the house ready earlier if possible; just check in with us on the day.
Check-out: By 10 AM
Deposit: 25 % payable at the time of reservation
Balance: Remaining 75 % due eight weeks before arrival
Security deposit: A €2 000 credit-card pre-authorisation is taken on arrival and held securely in escrow for the duration of your stay. No funds are charged unless required, and the hold is automatically released within 14 days after departure.
