Rates & Availability

Exclusive use of Torre di Sopra for up to 15 guests. Every stay includes thoughtful housekeeping, concierge support, utilities, Wi-Fi, pool and garden care, so you can simply arrive, settle in and enjoy the rhythm of the house.

Spring
March – May 		€15,200 / week Gardens in bloom, warm days and Florence before the summer crowds.
High Summer
June, July & September 		€17,300 / week Long days outdoors, golden evenings and Tuscany at its most sought-after.
August €16,460 / week Pool days, slow lunches and warm evenings beneath the pergola.
Autumn
October – December 		from €15,200 / week Harvest season, golden light and evenings by the fire.

January & February

The Tower rests.
During these quieter months, Torre di Sopra closes its doors while the gardens are tended, conservation work is carried out, and the house is carefully prepared for another season of welcoming guests.

Minimum Stays & Seasonal Notes

  • Minimum stay: Varies by season. Peak summer is typically 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday), while shorter stays may be available during quieter periods.

  • Children: The medieval tower is not recommended for children under six. The courtyard wing is ideal for families with young children.

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Earlier arrival may be possible; simply check with us on the day.

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

  • Reservation: A 40% deposit confirms your booking, with the remaining balance due eight weeks before arrival.

  • Security deposit: A €2,000 credit-card pre-authorisation is taken on arrival and automatically released after departure, provided no damage has occurred.
