The Tower rests.
During these quieter months, Torre di Sopra closes its doors while the gardens are tended,
conservation work is carried out, and the house is carefully prepared for another season of welcoming guests.
Booking Notes & Inclusions
Each stay at Torre di Sopra includes:
Exclusive use of the villa and gardens for up to 15 guests
Weekly cleaning and linen change
Pool maintenance and garden care (discreetly handled by our local team)
Utilities (water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi)
Concierge support before and during your stay (restaurant bookings, transfers, chefs, etc.)
Welcome essentials (local olive oil, basic pantry items, fresh flowers)
City tourist tax (€1.50 per person per night, up to 7 nights)

Minimum Stays & Seasonal Notes
Rental period: Saturday – Saturday (weekly stays)
Children: The Torre tower is not suitable for children under six, but the courtyard wing is ideal for families.
Check-in: From 4 PM — we’ll do our best to have the house ready earlier if possible; just check in with us on the day.
Check-out: By 10 AM
Deposit: 25 % payable at the time of reservation
Balance: Remaining 75 % due eight weeks before arrival
Security deposit: A €2 000 credit-card pre-authorisation is taken on arrival and held securely in escrow for the duration of your stay. No funds are charged unless required, and the hold is automatically released within 14 days after departure.
